Favorite iPhone apps
Apple needs to fix some bugs in 2.0 to make the phone more stable. But here’s a few apps that I’m addicted to.
I’m a fan of Scrabble, even though it seems to crash on me from time to time in the middle of a game. Sometimes the game is saved, other times, I get really frustrated.
Twitterific is a fantastic tool and looks sharp. I use the free version and get an ad from time to time, but it just works great.
Texas HoldEm is also very addictive. I can play this for hours before bed, making my wife very angry. Apple did a nice job on this one and oh it hasn’t crashed on me.
AIM: Essential for work. I wish it ran in the background.
I’ve paid for a few others - Enigmo, MotoRacer and AquaForrest, but I’m not as addicted to them as I am with Scrabble and Texas HoldEm. I’d also like to get a good chess app. After all the downloading I’ve done, I don’t want to shell out money to get a poor chess app though.
